We Cerakote exhaust headers, turbo housings, downpipes, intake manifolds, valve covers, heat shields, intercooler piping, and other automotive parts. We do not Cerakote firearms (license required) or wheels (those get powder coated instead).
Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days depending on the number and size of parts. Cerakote is not a same-day service — proper prep and curing take time to ensure maximum durability.
Yes. Standard powder coating maxes out around 400°F before it degrades. Cerakote withstands up to 1800°F, making it the right choice for exhaust headers, turbo housings, and anything exposed to extreme heat.
Matte black and flat dark earth are most popular for exhaust parts. We also offer titanium, burnt bronze, silver, and custom colors. Some customers go bold with holographic or metallic finishes on turbo housings.
