Trade Account FAQ
Most loose-wheel jobs are 1–2 business days. Vehicle drop-offs are typically same-day for wheels. For larger or multi-piece jobs we commit to a date when we accept the job, not before. We don’t take work we can’t deliver on time.
Yes — wheels-only same-day works the same way it does for retail. Drop off by 9 AM, ready by 5 PM. For trade accounts we’ll prioritize and hold a same-day slot if you call ahead.
We use the same powder lots and matching process for repeat customers, so your customer’s wheels match the set they got six months ago. We log the powder code and supplier on every account so re-orders are exact.
Yes — lifetime warranty on powder coat finish, same as our retail work. Warranty is registered to the end customer, so your customer gets the warranty card directly.
Send us a PO when you drop off the job, we invoice your AP department directly. Your first invoice is COD or credit card; after that, we set up Net 30 terms.
No minimum. Your first job qualifies you for trade pricing on every job after. We’d rather earn your second job than gate the first one.
For Denver-metro trade accounts, yes. We have a local courier route for shops that don’t want to send a tech to drop off and pick up. Call to set up a recurring schedule.
Yes — for accounts with recurring weekly volume, we hold capacity for standing slots. Tell us your typical schedule and we’ll reserve oven space ahead of your drop-offs.
