Truck Wheel Powder Coating in Denver: Colors, Cost & Same-Day Service
Short answer
- Same-day on stock colors: drop the truck at 9 AM, drive home at 5 PM on coated, balanced wheels.
- $800 for a loose set of four, $1,100 on the truck — tires off, strip tank, coat, cure, remount and balance included.
- Satin black, bronze, and gunmetal are the truck colors. Beadlock rings and centers can be two-toned.
Truck wheels are the hardest-working wheels we see: gravel, mag chloride, mud, tow-rig brake dust. Factory paint doesn’t hold up to that, which is why half the trucks in our lot are here for wheel powder coating. Here’s what we do for trucks, off-road builds, and EVs, with photos from the shop.

Why trucks get powder, not paint
Powder is cured into a single shell bonded to bare metal, so gravel leaves a mark instead of starting a peel, and road chemicals wipe off instead of creeping under an edge. The full comparison is in powder coating vs painting wheels; the short version is that we put a lifetime adhesion warranty on powder and nobody does that for paint.
What a truck set costs
Same starting price as any set: $800 loose, $1,100 with the truck dropped off. Bigger diameters, duallies, or more than four wheels can move the number, so send photos through the quote form for an exact figure. Curb rash is repaired free on full sets; bends and cracks are priced on the wheel repair page. Full breakdown: powder coating wheels cost in Denver.
Truck colors that work
- Satin black — the blacked-out truck look; hides dust; same-day stock color.
- Bronze — the off-road standard, especially on white, grey, and green trucks.
- Gunmetal — darker than factory silver without going black.
- Two-tone — matte black centers with gunmetal or bronze beadlock rings.
Real examples by color are on the powder coat colors page.

Lifted trucks, EVs, and big wheels
Lifted Broncos, Cybertrucks, diesel pickups — they come through the lift every week. The process is the same: wheels off, tires dismounted, strip tank, coat, cure, remount, balance, back on the truck.
